Shiftyautos Terms and Conditions

1. Services

  • Shiftyautos provides vehicle brokerage services to assist clients in purchasing and financing vehicles.

  • Credit repair services are not provided directly by Shiftyautos but are facilitated through ABD Credit, an independent third-party company.

  • By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that ABD Credit’s credit repair services are subject to their own terms and conditions, separate from Shiftyautos.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are using our services on behalf of a business entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Fees and Payment

  • You agree to pay all fees for services rendered as outlined in your purchase agreement or service contract.

  • Payment terms, refund policies, and any additional costs will be clearly communicated before service delivery.

4. Refund Policy

  • Our refund policy is described in detail in our separate Refund Policy document, which forms part of these Terms.

  • Refund eligibility and amounts are subject to the timing of your request and the stage of services performed.

5. No Guarantee of Results

  • Shiftyautos does not guarantee approval of loans, vehicle purchases, financing terms, or credit repair outcomes.

  • We act as a facilitator and intermediary, and all third-party approvals and services are at the sole discretion of the relevant parties.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information as necessary to facilitate our services.

  • You are responsible for any costs or fees charged by third parties related to your transactions.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiftyautos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

  • Our total liability to you for any claims related to these services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shiftyautos and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of our services or breach of these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by Shiftyautos are our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written permission.
