Shiftyautos Refund Policy

1. General Terms

Shiftyautos (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides auto brokerage services (“Services”) to clients (“you” or “Client”) under the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms in full.

 

2. Vehicle Brokerage Services Refunds

a. Full Refund Within 24 Hours:
You may request a full refund of fees paid to Shiftyautos within 24 hours of purchase provided no submissions, filings, or third-party requests have been made on your behalf. Requests must be made in writing.

b. Refunds After 24 Hours or Post-Submission:
Refund requests made after 24 hours or once we have taken action on your behalf (including but not limited to submitting applications, offers, or documents) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds granted will be at Shiftyautos’ sole discretion and may be partial to account for services rendered, time spent, and non-refundable third-party fees.

c. Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain fees, including government, inspection, application, or other third-party fees incurred or submitted, are strictly non-refundable.

 

3. Credit Repair Services

Shiftyautos does not provide credit repair services directly. We facilitate credit repair exclusively through ABD Credit, an independent third-party company.

  • All credit repair services are subject to ABD Credit’s separate terms, conditions, and refund policies.

  • Shiftyautos expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for the actions, omissions, results, or refund policies of ABD Credit.

  • Any disputes or refund requests relating to credit repair must be directed to ABD Credit directly.

  • Shiftyautos makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of credit repair services.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Shiftyautos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.

  • We do not warrant or guarantee the approval of loans, vehicle purchases, credit repair results, or any third-party service outcomes.

  • By using our services, you agree to hold Shiftyautos harmless and indemnify us against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services.

 

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund related to our auto brokerage services:

  • Submit your request in writing via email to [your@email.com] or by phone at [your phone number] within the applicable refund period.

  • Provide your full name, contact information, proof of payment, and a detailed reason for the refund request.

Refund requests will be reviewed promptly, and decisions will be communicated within 3–5 business days.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Refund Policy and any disputes related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country] without regard to its conflict of law principles.
